1. All sales are final. Once the work has begun, no refunds will be issued.2. The rigging process typically takes 1-4 weeks after the work starts. This timeline however may vary depending on the number of add-ons and other contributing factors. This will be discussed with the client.3. Completion times may be affected by personal or health-related circumstances. Should any delays occur, you will be promptly updated and kept informed.4.
